Showroom Terms of Service:

Appointments begin & end promptly at the times booked. No exceptions.

The first one hour appointment for each new customer at the I/O Showroom is free. Subsequent hours require a service fee of $20.

To book more than one hour at a time, please select the hours available and we will contact you shortly to arrange payment for the time allotted.   

Failure to appear [no call, no show] results in a $20 charge for the next appointment.

Must be over 18 or accompanied by an adult.

No food or drinks allowed in the facility.

I/O reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates the Terms of Service.


We offer a 15 day return policy on all new products only. This warranty only covers defective units on the part of the manufacturer and NOT for any accidental damage of any kind.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused [for modules this means not screwed in, or screwed in without washers] and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds (if applicable)

We do not offer refunds due to accidental damage by the customer of any kind.
All refunded items are subject to inspection before approval. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
